This petition has been filed to quash the records in D.V.A.No.8 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 12, 18 & 20 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the case in D.V.A.No.8 of 2017 has already been disposed of on 14.09.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
