All the three applications have been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking permission to recall PW1, to reopen the evidence of PW1 and to file additional documents, namely death certificates of both the attestor of the Will.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all the three applications are ordered as prayed for.

4. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording of evidence on 27.09.2024.
