ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the learned Fast Track Court No.I, Attur consider the petition to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner in Renumbered S.T.C.No.88 of 2015 (S.T.C.No.220 of 2012). 2.This Court finds that the Non Bailable Warrant was issued against this petitioner in a private complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Hence, this Court cannot give any direction to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to move the concerned Court to recall the Non Bailable Warrant by filing appropriate application.

3.Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer sought for in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
