ORDER
The learned Standing Counsel submitted the proceedings dated 21.02.2022 of the Teachers Recruitment Board. It is found from these proceedings that there were totally 7 candidates including the petitioner who had secured 75 marks. Hence, the Teachers Recruitment Board had to select two candidates who were in Sl.Nos.88 and 89 in the provisional selection list, based on the date of birth.
2. The proceedings of the Teachers Recruitment Board is recorded and this Contempt Petition is closed. The learned Standing Counsel shall ensure that the copy of the proceedings is served on the counsel for the petitioner today itself. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the Teachers Recruitment Board, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
