ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 603 days in filing the criminal revision Crl.RC.No. of 2024 in MC.No.11 of 2018, dated 12.09.2019 on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 603 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directly to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the present petition shall stand automatically cancelled.
