ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the application filed in Crl.M.P.No.20121 of 2023, dated 1/4

17.08.2023 and refusing to grant any further extension of time for the petitioners to deposit 20% of the compensation amount which was imposed as a condition while suspending the sentence pending the Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted to the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount is extended for a period of one week from today. If the petitioners do not deposit the amount within the time extended by this Court, it is left open to the Court below to secure the petitioners and to make them undergo the sentence imposed by the Trial Court.
