Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.V.Duraisolai Malar, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of the learned counsel for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, to direct the respondents to consider her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 07.04.2016 thereby direct the respondents to issue separate patta in respect of the property in Survey No.386/1, to an extent of 1200 sq.ft. in Plot No.29 and 30 Sri Arunachala Nagar, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kanchipuram District in her name.

3. The petitioner has produced the title documents as well as the patta standing in the name her vendor's father. However, the application is still pending.

4. Therefore, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this letter.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
