Heard Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned counsel for the petitioner over phone, Mr.L.Charles, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.S.Sridhar, learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner is challenging the F.I.R. in Crime No.100 of 2014. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.100 of 2014 has been completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.1371 of 2017 before the Special Magistrate for CCB and CBCID, Allikulam, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, this petition becomes infructuous and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
