This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.436 of 2016, pending on the file of Inspector of Police, Soolagiri Police Station, the 2nd respondent to any other Inspector of Police, at Krishnagiri District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur and it is pending in PRC No.7 of 2017.
