This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.11.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint dated 23.11.2015, it appears that, there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party.
