This Criminal Original Petition was filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the entire records in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, P.C.R.Cell, Puducherry and quash the same.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, P.C.R.Cell, Puducherry and quash the same. 2.

It is stated by the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) that the investigation is already over and final report has also been filed on 28.04.2017 .

In view of the above, nothing survives in this matter to quash the First Information Report. It is up to the petitioner to take appropriate action to challenge the charge sheet as per law. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
