Learned counsel for the 4th respondent, by reference to the additional report dated 13.07.2016, would point out that revision petition is pending and through various writ proceedings launched by private respondents Nos.5 to 11, interim orders of protection have been granted with a direction to dispose of the revision petition within two months.
