ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in CC.No.1811 of 2015 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that now the trial has commenced and prosecution have examined their witness and also they closed their evidence. Now, the petitioner/accused has filed a petition to recall the prosecution witness and it is pending. Now, at this stage, after commencing trial, this court is not inclined to entertain the quash petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
