Vs The State rep be its Inspector of Police Central Crime Branch, Team 27, Chennai 600 007(Crime No.222 of 2018) ...Respondent/Complainant This Petition sought to be preferred on the file of this Court praying in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to substitute the two sale Deeds given by the Petitioner as surety in the above Crl.OP.No.21386 of 2018 as per the order dated 01.10.2018 with Sale Deed dated 09/03/2020 registered as Document No.1250 of 2018 before the Sub Registrar, Pavoorchatram/Tenkasi District for the value of Rs.27,00,000/- which stands in the name of petitioner's wife Mrs.Latha and accept the same as surety and return back the original sale deeds.

Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.21386 of 2018:

Petition praying that this Honourable Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest by the Respondent Police, pending investigation in CR.NO. 222 OF 2018 on the file of the respondent police herein. ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and in pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01/10/2018 made herein and the Petitioner not appeared in person or by Advocate, the Court made the following order:

On 20.09.2021, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence on 20.09.2021, this petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 22.09.2021.

2.Today, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this miscellaneous petition at the SR stage, is dismissed for non prosecution.
