This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 30.09.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 13747 of 2020 has not been complied with.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 11.12.2021. It is seen that the patta has been restored in the name of the grand father of the petitioner. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt petition. It is left open to the petitioner to submit an application along with all relevant documents to claim the right from his grand father and the same will be considered by the 2nd respondent and appropriate orders will be passed within the period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner.
