This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 321 days in filing the appeal.

Considering the fact that the delay has occurred due to administrative reason, the delay of 321 days in filing the appeal is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the first respondent within two weeks from today, failing which, the civil miscellaneous petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

This civil miscellaneous petition is ordered subject to the compliance of the aforesaid condition.
