WMP.No.25591/2022 in WP.No.15044/2005 S.S.SUNDAR, J., and N.MALA, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] This petition is filed to substitute the petitioners herein as petitioners 1 to 3 in the main writ petition in WP.No.15044/2005.

2.It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the writ petitioner Thiru.P.Muthu Krishnan, died on 18.01.2021, leaving behind the petitioners who are his sons, as his legal heirs. It is also stated that the petitioners' father had executed a registered Will on 02.12.2019 bequeathing all the properties in favour of the petitioners.

3.Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioners have to be substituted in the place of the deceased writ petitioner.

4.Hence, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out amendment in the cause title.

5.Post the main writ petition for final hearing on 18.10.2022.
