Heard Mr.D.R.Arunkumar, learned counsel is appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition
itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner is a Village Administrative Officer, posted at Mannachanallur Taluk and he is presently, holding the post of Manachanallur Taluk President and District President of Trichy. The grievance expressed by the petitioner in this Writ Petition as well as the representation before the first respondent is with regard to the manner in which the Association is being administered and especially with regard to the allegations about the office Bearers.
3.The dispute which the petitioner projecting is an internal dispute within the Association, such as non-adherece to the provisions of the By-laws, etc. Therefore, if the petitioner has to sort out those disputes for which purpose, he cannot approach this Court, but, has to approach the Civil Court or any other competent Forum to adjudicate the disputes, which are primarily internal disputes within the Association. Only if the petitioner is able to obtain appropriate orders, then only he can approach the Officials for necessary reliefs. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is premature. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the dismissal of this Writ Petition will not prevent the petitioner from invoking the other remedies available to him in accordance with law. No costs.
