This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 697 days in representing A.S.SR.No.109995 of 2019.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered, subject to following condition:

"the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 10.10.2023".

4. Post the matter on 12.10.2023 for reporting compliance.
