This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 4(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11140 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11140 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court, on the 1st working day of every week at 10.30.a.m for a period of one month from 10.10.2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
