This application has been filed to modify the amount, ordered to be deposited by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2019 made in A.No.1284 of 2018.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

3. I am not convinced with his submissions or reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit. Hence, I am not inclined to modify the amount.

4. However, extension of time for a period of three weeks is granted from today, for deposit of the amount as per the aforesaid order. In the event of failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, the main Original Petition will be dismissed.

This application is ordered accordingly.
