This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.34 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B-2, Vishnu Kanchi Police Station, Kancheepuram District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the respondent police have filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C No.101 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram.
