ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous, inasmuch the community certificate has already been issued to the petitioner on 27.8.2024, and, hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
