Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the rejection order in Na.Ka. 2554 / 2023 / A3 dated 09.02.2024 on the file of the 4th respondent quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the patta which was illegally issued to the respondents 5 to 8 in Patta Nos. 270, 352, 265 and 233, to the land in respect of S.Nos.28/1F, 28/1E, 28/1C and 28/1D situated at Perumalpatti East Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District.

Since the impugned order has been passed by the 4th respondent without jurisdiction, the same is set aside. A direction is issued to the 3rd respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2022, which is the first reference in the impugned order and dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, within a period of 8 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The Writ Petition is disposed with the above observation. No costs.
