This Application has been filed to amend the Plaint to the effect to include that he has already published the story in his blog spot on 02.03.2010.

2. Heard both sides. Since the amendment is only to bring certain pleadings of his publishing of story on 02.03.2010, it would not cause any prejudice to the other side. Moreover, the pleadings has to be established by the parties before the court of law. Hence, this court is inclined to order the amendment application.
