C.M.P.No.23465 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.253 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and M.JOTHIRAMAN, J., (Order of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J.,) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the WA against the order dated 10.08.2023 in W.P.No.25951 of 2017.

2. K.M.Ramesh, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.S.Apunu, learned counsel, for the second respondent has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed. 4.

Registry is directed to number the W.A.Sr.No.253 of 2024, if it is otherwise in order and list it for hearing on 26.11.2024 along with W.A.No.1998 of 2024.
