C.M.P.No.20701 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.253 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and C.KUMARAPPAN, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 205 days in representing the above W.A.Sr.No.253 of 2024 against the order dated 10.08.2023 in W.P.No.25951 of 2017.

2.Mr.K.M.Ramesh, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.S.Apunu, learned counsel, takes notice for the second respondent.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
