This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order, having reference No.W2/8110/2019, dated 21.08.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner from Villupuram Circle to Vellore Circle, based on her application to transfer viz., 29.08.2016, 24.04.2017, 05.10.2017 and 07.06.2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent, namely, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests has passed an order dated 08.11.2019 vide Ref. No.W2/41599/2019, transferring the petitioner from Villupuram Circle to Vellore Circle.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
