The petitioner herein has approached this Court by way of writ petition to direct the respondent to consider his representation dated 25.03.2019 regarding grant of planing permission to the building constructed by him.

2. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents states that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2019 has been considered and rejected for the reasons stated in the order vide Na.Ka.No.210/2019 dated 16.09.2019. The copy of the proceedings also given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the order passed as above, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
