This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to transfer the investigation concerned in complaint No.815/COP/Visitors/2017 dated 28.02.2017 on the file of the 1st respondent to some other investigation officer.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that since the complaint given by the petitioner is related to civil nature case, the complaint is closed on 16.03.2017 itself.
