This Court vide order dated 01.03.2022 had directed the petitioner to take a Demand Draft for Rs.56,836/- (Rupees Fifty Six thousand eight hundred thirty six only) in favour of the Special Officer/Secretary, Kaniyambadi Primary Cooperative Bank, Kaniyambadi, Vellore District. In obedience of the same, the petitioner had taken the said demand draft.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that on 14.03.2022, when the Demand Draft was produced to the Secretary, he refused to receive the same. Hence, the order of this Court could not be complied with.

3. In view of the same, the Secretary is directed to be present in Court on 06.04.2022. In the meanwhile, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to get proper instructions from the concerned Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Vellore.

4. Post the matter on 06.04.2022.
