C.M.P.No.18598 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.107937 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and M.JOTHIRAMAN, J., (Order of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J.,) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 31.08.2023 made in W.P.No.1736 of 2018 passed by this Court.

2. Mr.S.T.Varadarajalu, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.S.John J.Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent, have no objection in the petition being allowed.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
