Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner to fence the school premises by taking action on her complaint dated 27.02.2017 (petition No.2017/32/0227/DST/98716).

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner to fence the school premises by taking action on her complaint dated 27.02.2017 (petition No.2017/32/0227/DST/98716).

2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents to give police protection to fence the school premises. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
