3.Mr.G.John Christopher, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he is ready to proceed with the main case itself without any delay. In view of the same, the delay may be condoned and the main revision may be taken up for final disposal.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
