For Petitioner : Mr.K.V.Babu (in both C.R.Ps) For Respondents : Dr.S.Suriya, (only in C.R.P.(PD).No.3696 of 2024) Additional Government Pleader (Civil Side), for RR-2 and 3 COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions seek for expeditious disposal of O.S.Nos.57 of 2017 and 77 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Principal Sub-Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. When the matters came up for admission on 11.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Principal Sub-Judge, Chengalpattu as to how long he will take for disposal of the suits. The learned Judge sent a report stating that he would require six months to dispose of the suits.

3. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned Principal Sub-Judge, Chengalpattu, there shall be a direction to him to dispose of O.S.Nos.57 of 2017 and 77 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
