C.M.P.Nos.19611 & 19612 of 2023 in S.A.No.735 of 2010 G.ARUL MURUGAN, J., These miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.Nos.19612 & 19611 of 2023 are filed to (i) declare the 1st appellant as a major, (ii) discharge his father viz., C.Palani Gounder as a natural guardian, respectively.

The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is now aged 31 years and he has attained majority as early as on 06.06.2013 itself. Therefore, he has come up with the above petitions to declare him as a major and also by discharging his father as a natural guardian.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection. 4.

Perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also having satisfied with the reasons, these C.M.P.s are ordered. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the second appeal in S.A.No.735 of 2010. 5.

Post the Second Appeal after three weeks.
