O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint against the proposed accused persons on the basis of the complaint sent by the petitioner to the respondent through Registered Post dated 14.08.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one K.A.Palanisamy and his sons A.P.Kamalanathan and A.P.Vimalanathan in respect of a money dispute. Though the complaint has been lodged as early as on 14.08.2015, no action has been taken on the said complaint till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present criminal original petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.No.28888 has been assigned and a detailed enquiry was conducted on the said complaint and thereafter, the said complaint was closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, as the complaint given by the petitioner has already been closed, nothing survives in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
