ORDER

The petitioner who has been granted license for retail vending of IMFL, is before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to refund the security deposit amount of Rs.1,00,000/- remitted by him for the renewal of the license for retail vending business.

2.Since the representation of the petitioner was not considered, he is before this Court with this writ petition. 3.Though the writ petition is pending from the year 2004, no counter has been filed by the respondents. In the light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent along with a copy of this order and if such representation is submitted, the second respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
