After hearing the submissions, when this Court is about to dismiss this petition, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court through video conferencing to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also sought indulgence of this Court for dispensing the personal appearance of the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners through video conferencing, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is well open to the petitioners to take all legal plea before the trial Court. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with except for receiving copies, for answering the charges, for questioning under section 313 Cr.P.C. and on the dates fixed by the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
