ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to transfer the investigations in Crime No.17 of 2015 from the file of the 4th respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent, who is competent authority to investigates the economic offences and consequently for a direction to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action, following the economic offences laws.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
