[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents to ensure the implementation of the Stop Work Notice dated 19.10.2022 ; Lock and Seal Notices dated 09.01.2023 and the De-occupation Notice dated 18.02.2023. (2)All these notices have been issued against a person who is not a party to the present writ petition.
(3)Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed for non joinder of party. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition impleading the person
who has now put up the offending construction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
