This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction to the respondent police to secure the accused person Krishnaveni who shown as accused in Crime No.1807 of 2016. After filing of the petition, the said Krishnaveni was arrested by the respondent police and was also remanded to judicial custody.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
