O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground.

The petitioner's husband was appointed as Block Resource Teacher Educator on 25.07.2007. While he was in service, he died on 08.07.2019 due to a road accident leaving behind the petitioner and two sons along with the father in law and mother in law of the petitioner. The petitioner has completed B.A. and B.Ed(English) and also studied Teacher Training Education. Therefore, she made an application before the 4th respondent on 15.06.2020 seeking appointment to a suitable post on compassionate ground. On receipt of the same, the 4th respondent also 2/4

recommended for her appointment on compassionate ground on 04.01.2021. Now it is pending on the file of the third respondent without any consideration.

Considering the above, the second and third respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the application submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
