This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to act upon the compliant given by the petitioner dated 09.08.2023 wherein the petitioner is seeking for non-traceable certificate.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the representation/complaint given by the petitioner on 09.08.2023 in line with the guidelines issued by the Director General of Police, Tamilnadu in Circular Memorandum dated 01.04.2022 and take a final decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
