ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.P.Tamilavel, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Bhargavi Sundar Rajan, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.C.Hari Kumar, learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner has failed to comply with the order dated 24.08.2023 passed by this Court. The petitioner did not deposit Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) within two weeks, as directed.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the bank that subsequently on 08.09.2023, the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal itself is dismissed. It is for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.24329 of 2023 is closed.
