O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 25.06.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he has got a share in the land situated in R.S.No.1460/2 at Suryanallur Village, Tarapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that a portion of the above mentioned property was acquired by the Highways Department and the petitioner sent a notice to the respondents seeking payment of compensation in respect of his share, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr. A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2024 will be considered on its own merits, within a time framed fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2024 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the interested parties.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
