ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in case in Crime 1 / 3

No.21 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent, within a stipulated period that may be prescribed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents seeks time for filing final report.

3. It is seen from the records that the case was registered in Crime No.21 of 2024 on the file of the respondents/Police. Till date, the final report has not yet been filed by the respondent-Police. Therefore, the present petition is filed.

4. The respondents-Police are directed to complete the investigation and file final report / charge-sheet within a period of three months from today.
