Heard Mrs.R.Vinu Priyanga, learned counsel is appearing for the petitioner.
2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by him, by which he claims for implementation of the Judgment in M.C.O.P..no.461 of 1991 dated 28.10.1998. 4.However, in a Writ Petition, such a direction cannot be issued. It is seen that the petitioner has already filed an Execution Petition in E.P.No.16 of 2010, and the matter is pending before the Additional Sub-Judge, Chengalpattu. 5.In the light of the above, while declining to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his claim in the Execution Petition and if there is no other legal impediment, the concerned Court shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
give priority to the matter, taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 73 years. The Writ Petition is dismissed on the above terms. No costs.
