This Court, by order dated 04.04.2017, passed the following order :- "Registry is directed to call for records and list the matter after four weeks.
2. Since the entire claim amount has already been deposited, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 25% of their respective shares from the total claim. The then minor claimants, if they have become major are also entitled to withdraw 25% of their respective shares."
