COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-Management had made the following endorsement in the case bundle and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the above writ petitions :

We are withdrawing the writ petition as Hon'ble Justice MDIJ clarified in W.P.No.18397/2023 in directing the petitioner to deposit the remaining 75% arrears in I.D.No.39-50/21 within 4 weeks"
